Turning our waste into edible and sustainable fungi
Our eye is on sustainability.
We grow pink oyster mushrooms on our spent grain (from the beer) and coffee grinds, along with grinds from local Margaret River cafes.
The mushroom substrate is then donated to gardens around the region. Turning our waste into something usable and edible is something we are passionate about.
